We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo. Currently we do not accept Diners Card or Amex.

Your card will be charged on receipt of order. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock you will not be charged for them until they have been despatched to you. You will be advised by e-mail as soon as possible if your order is delayed or we are unable to complete it. If a delay does occur then we will give you an estimated delivery date for that item.

Digetex Contract will not pass on your e-mail address or any of your details to any other person or company.
All goods remain the property of  Digetex Contract until payment is received in full. Interest may be charged on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Staged Payments Credit Supply Agreement

Where credit supply for installations is required, the following conditions will have to be met to enable supply under credit to take place :

1. Completion of a Credit Account application.
2. Acceptance of a Credit Account application.
3. Payment of a 33% deposit.
4. Agreement to Certify supply on a weekly basis.
5. Weekly Certification of work done, will raise a purchase order reflecting the value certified from which a credit invoice will be raised by the Digetex Group.
6. Acceptance by the Customer of the Credit Invoice raised.

If these conditions are met, then credit supply of installations can then take place.


Orders will be despatched as soon as possible subject to payment acceptance and availability of stock. If there are any delays we will inform you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible.

Delivery will be within 10 working days.

VAT at 20% is included in the purchase price of all items within the EEC. For items sent outside the EEC we will deduct the relevant tax once your order is received and inform you by e-mail of the amended amount. Please note that all orders sent to USA and the Rest of World may be subject to local import duties and taxes; these charges plus any charges for Customs Clearance must be borne by you, the customer.  


Digetex Contract is happy to exchange or refund stock items provided they are returned to us within 14 days of the invoice date at the customers’ expense.

However bespoke items ordered from us, are created explicitly and uniquely for you. This means that unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or a cancellation once the order has been accepted and manufactured. However this does not affect your statutory rights.
To return any items please send an email explaining reason for return to  ,we will then send you a returns form, please attach the returns label to your parcel.

On receipt of the goods we will process your exchange/refund as soon as possible.


Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed between different prints made from the same negative or digital files media at different times. Where colour matching is required a sample must be enclosed. Without specific guides colour reproduction will be deemed faithful at the discretion of the company.


Dimensions quoted are approximate and may vary by 5% +/-. All colours, materials, tolerances and the like seen by the buyer in our brochure, website, descriptions or other samples are deemed to be approximate only unless agreed we might make reasonable variations in the manufacture of the goods.

The Company shall not be liable for any variations on the specification of the Goods, which do not materially affect the use and operation of the Goods or for the substitution of any materials or component parts of the Goods by other materials or parts of a quality equivalent or superior to that originally specified.


Original Artwork supplied is always the property of the supplier/owner. However Digital Files sized and prepared for print by the Digetex Studio remain the property of Digetex.Normally, unless agreed, there will be no charge for this artwork provided it remains on the Company’s premises for the use of the Company to print for the supplier/owner of the artwork.

If the supplier/ owner requires to have copies of the Digetex Prepare for Print Digital Files Artwork for their own use, the original originating artwork costs must be paid for at the normal Digetex charge-out rate of :
Designer : £40.00 per hour

Senior Designer : £60.00 per hour.

Artwork as above will not be released until payment in full has been received.


* Digetex liability is restricted solely to the cost value of the base cloth and our printing.
* Surcharges are applied for large panels, dark shades, metallics and special effects.
* There may be up to a 5% loss of fabric due to processing which will vary according to the total fabric length and difficulty of design.
* Our process tolerance (D&K) is 7% or 20 metres, whichever is the greatest.
* All screens and design separations and artwork remain the property of Digetex and cannot be removed from our premises.
* Customers are responsible for examining the goods.
* No claim of any kind, however caused, shall be accepted if the goods have been cut, or further processed.
* Claims must be made within 14 days from delivery date.
* We hold Retention of Title to goods until invoice is paid.
* New accounts/orders are processed on a Cash On Delivery basis. Application for an account is invited at our discretion.
* The placing of an order for services or goods constitutes acceptance of the conditions set out above and our general Terms and Conditions which are available on request.


Insofar as is permitted by law where Work is defective for any reason, including negligence, the company’s  liability (if any) shall be limited to rectifying such defect, or crediting its value against any invoice raised in respect of the Work.
Where the Company  performs its obligations to rectify defective Work under this condition the Company shall not be liable for indirect loss, consequential loss or third party claims occasioned by defective Work and the Buyer shall not be entitled to any further claim in respect of the Work nor shall the Buyer be entitled to repudiate the contract, refuse to pay for the work or cancel further deliveries.
The Company  shall not be liable for indirect loss, consequential loss or third party claims occasioned by delay in completing the work or for any loss to the Buyer arising from delay in transit, whether as a result of the Company’s  negligence or otherwise.
Where the Company offers to replace defective Work the Buyer must accept such an offer unless he can show clear cause for refusing so to do. If the Buyer opts to have the work re-done by any third party without reference to the Company the Buyer automatically revokes his right to any remedy from the Company, including but not exclusively the right to a credit in respect of Work done by the Company.
